Nehme Khattar has worked in Mission, Formation and Wellbeing across both Healthcare, Aged Care and Education. He is Currently the Chief of Mission Integration at Catholic Healthcare.

Nehme was the Director of Wellbeing (Secondary) at the Maronite College of the Holy Family, National Director of Marist Youth Ministry, Mission and Formation Team member at Marist Schools Australia and Mission Manager at Catholic Healthcare. He also served as Director of Mission Integration at St John of God. He is also the Deacon in the Maronite Catholic Church but currently has taken extended leave.

At the end of 2015 he completed his Bachelor of Theology at the Catholic Institute of Sydney. He is currently enrolled in Masters of Spiritual Direction at the Yarra Theological Union. In 2008, Nehme completed his Masters of Teaching (Secondary) and previously Nehme has also completed a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Economics and Marketing at the University of Sydney.

Nehme was born in Lebanon where he completed his primary schooling at Frere Mariste (Marist Brothers) School in Jbeil (Mount-Lebanon). He migrated to Australia in 1992 and attended the Maronite College of the Holy Family in Sydney.
